
Fundamental behavioral requirements
All employees have an obligation
- to comply with the laws, regulations and internal company rules applicable to their area of responsibility
- to act fairly, respectfully and honestly in all activities and business relationships
- to safeguard and enhance the reputation of the RSG Group
- to avoid conflicts of interests between business and private matters and not procure undue advantage for themselves or others
- to comply with the legislation and requirements on occupational health and safety, environmental protection and data protection
- to report compliance infringements immediately to the Compliance Officer (Section 17). In addition all line managers have an obligation
- to adhere to the RSG Group’s management principles
- to judge employees solely on the basis of performance and to ensure compliance with these guidelines in their area of responsibility.
